This website shows you the progress of orders you have placed with us and the fabrics that have recently arrived in the shop. It is opened through a personal link we send you on WhatsApp. There is no account and no password, and nothing is bought or paid for here.
Your name and phone number, which you gave us when you placed an order or visited the shop. The details of your orders — garments, measurements, fabrics, and what you have paid. Nothing more is collected by this website: it shows you information we already hold because you are our customer.
When you open your link we record that you opened it, which fabrics you looked at, which you added to your cart, and whether you asked us to call you. We use this only to know which fabrics our customers like and who has asked to be contacted. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not share any of it with anyone for advertising purposes.
We send order updates and bills on WhatsApp. We send fabric offers only to customers who have told us they want them. You can stop the offers at any time by replying to us, and your order updates and bills will continue. Messages are delivered through WhatsApp and through our messaging provider, AiSensy, who handle them on our behalf.
If you comment on one of our Instagram or Facebook posts, or send us a message on either platform, we see your username and what you wrote, so we can reply to you. Some replies to common questions are sent automatically; a person from our team handles everything else.
Some of our replies on Instagram and Facebook include a link that opens WhatsApp for you, so you don't have to search for our number yourself. When that link is opened, we record that it was opened, when, and basic technical details about the browser used to open it. We do not learn your name or phone number from this link on its own.
Our staff. Our messaging provider, AiSensy, for delivering WhatsApp messages. Instagram and Facebook (run by Meta), for delivering the comments and messages you send us there. Our software providers, who store the data securely on our behalf. We do not sell your information to anybody, ever.
Order and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them [CONFIRM: your accountant will confirm the period]. What you looked at on this website, and any WhatsApp link you opened from Instagram or Facebook, is kept for [CONFIRM: e.g. two years] and then removed.
