We can send a professional tailor to your place or send our courier agent to pick up your favourite fitting shirt. We will build your measurement profile using the same.
2.How do you pickup my favourite fitting garments?
We will send a pick up agent to your registered address given at the time of placing the order. All you need to do is to put your garment in a bag and give it our agent. We will do the rest of the work for you.
3. How do you ensure a perfect fit when you don’t take measurements in person?
We will build your profile with the help of your favourite fitting shirt. We work with very experience pattern makers to ensure a prefect fit for you. Our team will contact you during this process to ensure that all the necessary changes and requirements are dealt with before executing the order.
4. How do you dispatch my final order?
Once your fit is finalised, our team will record your final measurement profile and execute your full order. We will dispatch the same through our courier partners with proper packaging
5. How do you give a sample shirt fitting before you execute my total order?
If you are based in Hyderabad, we will come in person with the sample fitting shirt. For the rest of India, we will courier your shirt to you. Our team will make an appointment for a video call and any issues and alterations can be discussed.
6. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once the fit is finalised, it usually take around 7 days to execute and complete your full order. Shipping time will depend upon your location
7. What fabric types do you use to make garments?
100% Cotton, Cotton/Polyester, Cotton/Lycra
8. Can I pay for my order via Cash?
You can select ‘Cash On Delivery – COD’ option during the checkout procedure (T&C Apply). However, since we are a custom made clothing brand, our team will contact you regarding the payment procedure
9. How much does shipping cost?

10. Do you accept returns? How does this work in Custom Made/Made to Measure Clothing?
Guvy is a Custom Made Clothing Brand for Men. All our products are made to measure according to your sizes. We take every precaution to get your perfect fit with the sample we send. Returns are not possible but incase there is something wrong with your fit, we can always pick up your garments and make the necessary alterations.
