We offer free Standard Shipping across India

Made to Measure / Customized Shirts – An indicative time period is approximately 14 working days including shipping. We typically deliver before that.

Express Delivery – Want an order delivered faster than the indicative date? Please contact our Customer Support Team and they can assist you with your requirements. An additional express shipping charge may be levied.

Your location is showing unavailable for delivery? – We are sorry about the inconvenience caused. Please contact our Customer Support Team. We can ship your order through another courier company. PS – You may not be able to opt for Cash on Delivery payment.

A standard shipping charge of INR 1500 will be applicable to the Total Order.

Delivery Time Period: 2 – 4 Weeks

Guvy reserves the right to cancel any order, for circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cancellations by customers will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request WILL NOT be entertained if the process of producing/ shipping your shirt has been started.

Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.

Custom Shirts

Since, custom shirts are made especially for you as per your styling and measurement option, Customized / Made to Measure shirts cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case of any doubts while placing the order, we encourage you to call and discuss with our team.

Also, we do offer the 1 st alteration free of charge. However, these alterations are subject to possibility.

Guvy holds the right to accept returns/cancellations, ask for pictures of you wearing the shirt to indicate the problem areas.

If you are not satisfied with your custom shirt or require alteration, please contact our Customer Support Team. They will assist you with the procedure.

Standard Sized Shirts

Return / Exchange of non-customized shirts is valid within 7 days from the delivery date.

Please note, the original packing and the tag on the shirt should be intact, to be valid for a return.

Refund will be provided in the form of Store Credits, which can be used to purchase any other product valid for 1 year.

Products on sale cannot be Exchanged / Returned.

Refund amount for all returned items will be credited to your Guvy Account only in the form of Store Credits. The Store Credits can be redeemed at the time of Checkout, whenever you place your next order.
